The careful designed sound and music of Giliam Spliethoff and Jorick Bronius in the film You Can't Automate Me create a convincing and poetic atmosphere which expresses the work and the world of lashers in the Rotterdam harbour. Music and sound design merge seamlessly and together they provide a contrasting and exciting soundtrack.

Spliethoff and Bronius are therefore the rightful winners of the Shortcutz Best Soundtrack Award 2022.

MiMM | Private Kitchen promotes the winners with an additional prize of 2000,- euros, which they can invest freely into their musical careers.

The Best Soundtrack Award was presented by none other than Tom Holkenborg (Junkie XL), Grammy nominated and multi platinum producer, musician, and composer for blockbusters like Deadpool, Sonic and Mad Max Fury Road.
