André Ettema - Composing for movie trailers
André talks about his career as a media composer that started with music for commercials, games, together with Tom Holkenborg aka Junkie XL. He used a specific strategy to get jobs and eventually started his own company The Solos, which focused solely on movie trailers. In addition, the network he had developed in LA came in very handy as The Solos got the chance to compose trailer music for the Marvel Super Hero movies, among others. Besides music, The Solos also do a lot of sound design for movie trailers.
