Audentity wins Mr. Zee Best Soundtrack Award for the short film Iskander during the Shortcutz Amsterdam Awards Gala! The film is about Iskander, a young promising astronomical talent, who left his homeland of Egypt to join a team of leading astronomers in Amsterdam for a major scientific study of black holes. He will share their findings at a long-awaited symposium. Scarred by childhood trauma, Iskander tries to keep his psychotic episodes at bay. All while the pressure of anticipation is hitting its peak. Audentity composed a hypnotic repetitive soundtrack with religious and Arabic elements that takes you into the world and story of the film.
The Mr. Zee Best Soundtrack Award comes with an Award and a € 2000 prize, provided for by MiMM | Private Kitchen.
